Taking money out of my account with out my permission and telling me that I have a free trail for so many days and they take my money out my account that same day with out my permission

I called to have my money back it my account regarding 2 payments they took out of my account without my permission. One was for a free trial that was supposed to be free trial for certain many days and they took it out that same day and also they took out another nine dollars and something without my permission so I spoke to someone about it already and they told me to give them a 53 to 3 to 3 to 7 days for it to be in back in my account and its been more than a week and a half and I waited this long to see maybe they will put it back. I have they put it back in. They have not put it back in my account at all so I would like to know and when will I be receiving my money back into my account.

I ordered 2 sets of lighting. One for indoor and 1 for outdoor. Amazon sent me 2 sets of each.. They confirmed my order of 1 of each , not 2 of each . I called to return 1 set of each and they said that they will email me a return label, no mention of a shipping fee of $19.77. That is my money not theirs. I called Amazon and they said they cannot help me. They will not refund me $19.77 and they hung up on me.

Amazon said that the return label came from the supplier , but that is not true, because they were 2 different suppliers. I was supposed to get a full refund.

Amazon asked me to send a picture of the post office reciept with the tracking no. which I did.

They are not entitled to keep my $19.77. I spoke to Amazon who issued me the label, not the supplier, like I said they came from different suppliers

I was charged $17.16 for something that I did not authorize I did not order Amazon prime nor do I watch it and I’m pretty pissed off because I have money in my account to pay for my son’s tuition.

A payment of $17.16 was taken off my credit card. That was the money that I use my sons tuition and Im pissed because someone authorized that on my credit card. No one has access to my credit card by myself.

A day ago I was trying to shop for a product through the Amazon website and I couldn't complete my purchase without an error message that said that they didn't recognize my device and that they were sending a verification to my number. But the number on file was an old number on my old phone. Both my number and my phone have changed since then. So I call the useless incompetent 800 customer service line with that useless automated voice that you have to scream at to get a live person. When a live person finally answered the phone she told me that she couldn't send a new verification code to my new number and that I would need to create a new Amazon account. I asked why when I already have an Amazon account and a new one will require me to create a whole new email just to make a new Amazon account since my existing email is already linked to my existing Amazon account. I explained to her that there a product I wanted to purchase through AMAZON but because it wouldn't let me complete the purchase without there error security message about not recognizing my new device I had to purchase the product through another website where the price was higher when all along I wanted to do my business through AMAZON, but apparently Amazon doesn't want my money because if they did they could have easily sent the verification to the existing email instead of telling me to create another Amazon account. This was an easy fix, but the people are poorly trained and useless. If Amazon doesn't want my money, I can always shop elsewhere.

Fired me for no reason

I went out for my second break everything was fine. My managers told me I was fine and I walked back in like normal time. And it would not let my badge scan me in. And then they told me I was terminated.I dont know why because I have no done nothing wrong I work my but off always. U got all these other people actually not working. They will off task all the time and Ill work. Its just crazy to me that this happen bc I do a lot for this company bottom line.

Need to take your team members to class one oh one for common courtesy

Talking to the team member that answered the phone was like talking to a. Pine. Tree it was a nightmare did not enjoy the conversation completely felt like we were going back-and-forth around and around it was not a pleasant experience It seemed like he was completely contradicting himself and Im not throwing shade at where people come from we all have to come from somewhere but there was a large communication problem nothing got resolved but I had to access the situation and move forward and take matters to a different source but talking to him nothing was resolved through the company and through that associate. And no I am not a customer I will not be a customer dont have an account will not be getting an account

I ordered two computer monitors, but received only one. When I immediately reported the monitor as missing under Amazon's A to Z purchase protection policy, they denied my claim and said both had been delivered. They supposedly investigated but that was a lie, since I did some investigating myself and have absolute proof that only one monitor was delivered. Despite the proof I gave them, Amazon still insisted that both monitors had been delivered.

I am out of pocket $599 - 2 weeks later. They talk a big game. They have a trust pilot with "authentic" reviews by facebooks users but I think they somehow manage to get those to be paid by fake facebook users. I should have known after going to their site - it looks very mediocre and not to use foul language but *** They promise to reinstate my account and they never provided anything. Contacted them via email and called them and never got a reply and their phone seems to be disconnected. All I want was my money back at this point since all my money is tied up in my Amazon account. Wasted time I could have use on something else to get my account back, time I lost because I was relying on them + im out $599. If scam is the right word then so be it. I don't know if every is treated this way but sucks that they hustled me for more than half a thousand dollars. I have to dispute the charges with my bank now so I am sure I am going to get my money back eventually. Amazonappeal.com shame on you. I heard good things but im sure those were made up reviews - such a SCAM!! and BAD!! customer service. horrible I will never recommend your services to anyone and will advocate against it.

Scammed by amazon appeal

I was ripped off by this useless company also. We aid them $999 and got absolutely nothing in return. They dont reply to any emails, and they were completely useless. we even paid an extra $500 for "rush" service. Stay away from these thieves. We then opened a paypal case and they won it by sending out a blank envelope to our address and providing paypal with a tracking number, telling them that they had "mailed us" our appeal. This was a straight up scam. Stay far far far away from this company, and if you have amazon issues, do your research and find out how to fix it yourself.

Got me reinstated

appealed twice and got an auto-response that more information needed. There is generic information on amazons website on how to write a appeal but not specific to what they are looking for to be addressed in the appeal letter. I followed the guidelines on their website on my second appeal and still got rejected. I became hesitent to write a third appeal myself. David wrote a personalised letter of appeal- short and to the point. I believe he addresses the keywords/issues that they are looking for to get your account reinstated. Worth his fees- he delivered on time and I would highly recommend him. I was swayed by the high success rates and reviews here on Trustpilot. Would I recommend- yes certainly!

Amazonappeal.com Is a Scam!!!

Amazon has suspended my account and I decided to use the services of the company www.amazonappeal.com. I contacted them and asked to provide the appeal letter within 48 hours. After these 2 days I haven’t got the letter back. Seriously, it was awful that this company fooled me as well. I already sent emails to them, but they did completely nothing. No response, no letter. Terrible services and no support.Do not send this company your money,they are unresponsive once you pay!

After waiting for one week (!!!) I received some poorly written appeals letter. Yes the site is a scam, they just claim a competitor wrote that review as they don't want to loose customers.

I had even to do a charge back to get my money back.

The are acting like they are a company, in reality it's just a one man show who scams people out of their money.
